MISSIONARY PHOTO SHOOT

We did a photo shoot with Sy before he left. Here are some of my favorites.

This is the address to use when sending  letters or packages. Do not use "Elder", just his name .

SY'S FAREWELL

On February 26, 2012 Sy gave his farewell talk in the Sharon 5th Ward. He did a great job! He bore a sweet testimony and showed everyone his spiritual and sensitive side. We were all teary-eyed. The chapel and most of the gym were full. We served brunch at our house after the meeting. Sy wanted biscuits and gravy, which I ordered from Marvelous catering. We also served egg casseroles and fruit. The house was packed with friends and family wishing him well. I am surprised we didn't run out of food. I know prayers were answered that our food would last as long as the people did.

SY WENT TO THE TEMPLE

On December 3, 2011 Sy went to the temple for the first time!

MISSION CALL

I have a little catching up to do! I will go back to the beginning and start the story from when Sy received his mission call. On October 12, 2011 Sy opened his call with a room full of family and friends. "Elder Woolstenhulme you are hereby called to serve as a missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You are assigned to labor in the Peru Lima North Mission. You should report to the Provo Missionary Training Center on Wednesday, February 29, 2012"
